We hope your Belvyo purchases meet your expectations. But if something’s not right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return your items.

Right of Withdrawal

According to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to change your mind within 14 days and return one or more products, even without stating a reason.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is intact, unworn, unwashed, and free from signs of wear or odors

  • All tags are intact and attached to the garment

  • The product is returned in its original packaging, if applicable

Items will not be accepted if:

  • Damaged

  • Clearly used or dirty

  • Missing tags or tampered with

IMPORTANT: Worn, dirty, or tagless items will not be refunded.

Return Exclusions

You cannot return:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Opened bottles or accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Products purchased in special promotions labeled "non-refundable"

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If you’d like a different size, color, or style, please return the item and place a new order separately.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@belvyo.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Whether you want a refund

  • Whether you’d like to use our courier or your own

You’ll receive detailed instructions by email.

Return Shipping Options

You can choose between:

1. With our courier
We’ll send you a prepaid label and schedule pickup or drop-off at the nearest point.
The shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund.

2. With your own courier
Send the package on your own using a tracked service to the address we’ll provide.
In this case, shipping costs are your responsibility and you’re liable until the parcel arrives.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are set by our logistics partners and vary by location. These costs will be deducted from your refund.

Note: Processing times may be longer during peak periods.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund within 5 days.
Refunds are made to the same payment method used at checkout.
If you used a gift card, the refund will be credited to it first.

Bank processing may take up to 7 business days.
Initial shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Peak Periods

During busy times (sales, holidays), return processing may take longer. Thank you for your patience.

Wrong or Defective Product?

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include detailed photos and a description of the issue

  • We’ll provide a fast and free solution
